Document library

The document library is a sidebar panel giving you quick access to all your documents across every conversation.

How it's organised:

  • This conversation — documents created or edited in your current chat
  • All documents — every document you've ever created, sorted by most recently updated

What you can do:

  • Open — click any document to view it in the preview panel
  • Download — save the real Office file to your computer
  • Delete — remove a document permanently (you'll be asked to confirm)

Documents persist across conversations: When you create a document in one conversation, it stays in your library even after you start a new chat. You can find it later and continue editing in a new conversation.

Tip: The library always shows the latest version of each document. If a document has been edited multiple times, you'll see the current state.
