Navigating the platform
Open Org uses a sidebar navigation that adapts to your context.
Main navigation items:
- Home (labelled Dashboard in the sidebar) - People Health: connect inputs and see ranked recommended actions
- Open Org AI - your AI co-pilot for research, planning, and creation
- Resource Library - playbooks, resources, the media library, and Openverse
- My Collection - your saved resources and favourites
- My Team - manage your team (visible to team owners and members)
- Team Insights - AI-generated team activity insights (paid)
- Marketplace - partner discounts on tools and services (paid)
- Account Settings - manage your profile, subscription, and preferences
Profile menu (top right): Click your avatar or initials for Appearance (Light, Dark, or System), Account Settings, Documentation, and sign out. See Appearance.
Public (no sign-in required):
- Openverse - directory of people & culture resources built by the community (how it works)
The sidebar auto-minimises when you're in Open Org AI to give you more screen space. On mobile, use the hamburger menu to open navigation.
Tip: The "Talk to the Founders" button in the sidebar opens a direct chat with the Open Org team. We're always happy to help.
