We take data security seriously. Here's what you should know:
Your data:
- Your conversations, files, and documents are private to your account
- We don't use your data to train AI models
- File uploads are processed securely and not shared with other users
- You can delete your data at any time
- People Health (goals, culture scores, metrics, pulse themes, roadmap): other users see aggregated, non-identifiable data only. See also the Privacy Policy and DPA
AI processing:
- We use industry-leading AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) for processing
- All data is transmitted over encrypted connections
- Our AI providers are contractually bound not to use your data for training
Compliance:
- Full Terms of Service available
- Privacy Policy details all data handling practices
- Data Processing Agreement available for enterprise requirements
- Marketing consent is explicit and opt-in
