Built with Claude, the team at Work.Life decided to build a fully open, transparent dashboard to share their quarterly engagement results (and actions) with the world. It now lives on their careers page, which is an incredible artifact for candidates to be able to see, but also an incredible accountability tool for the Work.Life team to hold themselves to action.
