Return on Investment Calculator for HRIS

Quite often when getting a HRIS you have to demonstrate the Return on Investment. This can include:

• how long does it take to pay for itself (usually compared to HR person's time saving)
• automation of repetitive tasks
• automation of notifications ie probationary periods, 3 episodes in 6 months sick etc.
• self service for employees / managers
• having pre-built reports / dashboards so less time in spreadsheets
