Open Org's Internal Comms Blueprint

We built this Internal Comms Blueprint to support People teams in building out an effective comms cadence & framework to keep people informed and engaged with updates, initiatives, closing the loop on surveys, and key events using things like Loom, Slack, and email. This has been specifically created with the People team in mind, but can be easily adapted and applied to org-wide comms too.
