HRIS Needs Analysis

This is an HRIS needs analysis template which covers both functionality and IT, privacy, and compliance.

It is written for HR people who are:

• in the process of looking for a new or replacement HR system
• looking to compare what is available to what they have got now
• overwhelmed by the amount of noise / choice of HR systems
• wanting a framework to start to choose a HR system, but don't want to start from scratch
• know that IT will have requirements but not too sure what
