How to use this health check?

• Be honest: This isn’t a test! It’s a way to identify your ‘Code Reds’ and ‘Upgrade Zones’. Choose the 1- 5 score that best reflects reality today.
• Think MVP: Don’t try to fix everything at once. We believe in ‘MVP First, Iterate Fast’. Focus on the areas that will have the biggest impact today.
• Add context as you go: Use the notes column to capture examples or evidence behind your score. This will make the action plan much clearer later.
