From Team Feedback to Roadmap using your Project Management Tool

Too often People teams collect feedback (surveys, town halls, eNPS, exit interviews) that never makes it into action. This open build shows how to turn feedback into a prioritised roadmap using the project management tools you already have.

The example here is in ClickUp (built in ~2h), but the same approach works in Trello, Asana, Notion, Jira, or even Google Sheets. It includes a lightweight setup with forms, tags, dashboards, and optional AI features.
