Key categories have been identified and weighted to reflect its importance in driving meaningful coaching outcomes. Factors include relevant experience, coaching style, communication skills, results-driven mindset, and overall fit with our organization. By using this structured approach, we were able to select a coach who aligns with our business goals, supports executive growth, and delivers measurable impact.
(Please note: "Chemistry and Fit" are definitely important in the executive coaching relationship, but the reason we've weighted it at 10% (rather than higher) is because while a strong personal connection can enhance the coaching experience, the effectiveness of the coach should primarily be driven by their experience, methodology, communication skills, and ability to deliver results.)
