Buddy Program Overview

The Buddy Program at KCL is designed to support new hires in their remote onboarding experience by pairing them with an existing team member as a peer guide. The buddy provides insight into company culture, answers questions, and helps the new hire acclimate over four weeks through scheduled check-ins.
